Lived across street growing up in Courtland. Our families were friends. Nice family. I moved away before Kelly was born. Saw Frank at their 50th reunion when I drove my cousin Cinde Meek McCay to it. We visited his oldest sister, Kathy and her husband on the way down from Yakima WA.
I am sure he is missed by many. Rest in peace Frankie...Lynette Meek
