Franklin Fadley Obituary
Lee was born May 17, 1934, in Rockingham County and was raised at Boys Home in Covington. He served his country in the United States Airforce. Following his discharge from the military, he worked for the City of Norfolk, retiring as a maintenance supervisor. He was a member of McAllister Memorial Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include his wife of sixty-seven years, Lelia Daugherty Fadley of Covington; and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service will be held Friday, March 22, 2024, at 2:00 PM in Cedar Hill Cemetery with the Rev. Jim Moss officiating.
The family will receive their friends 12:30 to 1:30 PM on Friday at Arritt Funeral Home.
The family asks that memorial contributions in Mr. Fadley's name to: McAllister Memorial Presbyterian Church, 900 N. Alleghany Ave. Covington Va. 24426 or to the Alleghany Human Society 9313 Rich Patch Rd, Covington, VA 24426
Arritt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
