To Ernestine, Sonya, Marcy, Felecia and the rest of the family, GOD'S strength and blessings to you all. Always remember that Frank loved you with all his heart. Stay strong and know that he's resting in the care of The Lord with no more pain or discomfort. From our time together in elementary school in Pittsburgh, Price Hi School, the Army and our social club back in the 70's and our once a month outing at Bay Breeze restaurant until The Lord called him home, we were always "Besties". Forever a BEAU FLAP!
