Mr. Franklin Thompson "Tommy" Wingham, age 86 of Bedford, Kentucky, entered this life on September 7, 1935 in Trimble County, Kentucky. He was the loving son of the late Everett James and Margaret Cassell Jackson Wingham. He was a 1953 graduate of Milton High School. He was united in marriage to Evelyn Louise Mahoney on December 31, 1954 in Bedford, Kentucky. This happy union of 67 years was blessed with daughters, Pamela, Sheila, and Kara, and sons, Brent and Roger. He went to work for the Kroger Company as a meat cutter and retired in 2015 after 58 years of service. He spent most of his life in Trimble County and was a member of the Madison Pilgrim Holiness Church in downtown Madison. He enjoyed being involved with his church, gardening and spending time with his family. Tommy was a devoted husband, loving dad, grandpa, great grandpa and brother. Tommy died on Monday, September 5, 2022 at 1:00 a.m. at the River Terrace Health Campus in Madison, Indiana with his loving family at his side. Please Click Here to View the Funeral Service Recording A LOVING FAMILY Tommy will be missed by his loving wife of 67 years, Evelyn Louise Mahoney Wingham of Bedford, Kentucky; his loving daughters, Pamela Haynes and her husband Jonathan of Bedford, Kentucky, Sheila Romans and her husband Dennis of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Kara Cook and her husband Danny of Bedford, Kentucky; his loving sons, Brent Wingham of Bedford, Kentucky, and Roger Wingham and his wife Jennifer of Milton, Kentucky; his daughter in laws, Liana Wingham of Bedford, Kentucky and Dawn Wingham of Bedford, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Shauna (Harvey), Derek (Debbie), Danicia (Brad), Amber (Justin), Chad (Niki), Trey, Dustin (Deanna), Kalee, and Whitney (Hyatt); his great grandchildren, Jolie, Jocie, Riley, Harlee, Hailee, Kynlee, Brittan, David, Jenna, Savannah, Lilly, Luna, Hadley, and Connor; his brothers, Louis Wingham of Dupont, Indiana, Keith Wingham and his wife Ruth of Austin, Indiana, and Fred Wingham and his wife Barbara of Hobe Sound, Florida; his sisters, Phyllis Royalty of Madison, Indiana, and Elaine Maddox and her husband J.W. of Milton, Kentucky; his brothers in law and sisters in law, Rev. Monty Mahoney and his wife, Karen of Madison, Indiana, Barbara Mahoney of Lexington, Indiana, Bonnie Tilley of Carrollton, Kentucky and Virginia Manship of Madison, Indiana; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Everett James Wingham, died December 14, 1998, his mother, Margaret Cassell Jackson Wingham, died May 25, 1991, his great grandson, Jackson Thomas Wingham, died April 6, 2010, and his brother, Glenford Dean Wingham, died January 2, 2021. FUNERAL CEREMONY Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, September 8, 2022, at 3:30 p.m., by Rev. Wayne Mahoney, Rev. Nathan Grissom and Rev. George Carr at the North Madison Christian Church, 1400 East State Road 62 in Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Moffett Cemetery in Milton, Kentucky.
