Franklyn Meadows Nipper

Frank was a beautiful soul with a wonderful sense of humor. Him and Almeda were both a part of our lives for many years. It is hard to talk about one without the other because they really were like one. It was very sad to hear that Frank passed away but it's comforting to know that him and Almeda are together again. Our thoughts and prayers are with Jim and his family.
