Im sorry I couldn't have attended Freds service. Im proud to say he was a friend of mine. The times we spent hunting and racing cars were the best of times. He was a good man and will be missed.

I'm so sorry for your lost. I worked with Fred when I was with VDOT as Utilities Engineer. He was always kind and help in moving communication services. I know he is rejoicing in Heaven with our Lord.
