I remember Bishop Caldwell as a prominent Pastor in Shreveport, Louisiana of the Greenwood Acres Full Gospel Baptist Church. I remember him as one of the ministers in Shreveport that taught and led " our people" out of the religious traditions we were raised in. I remember Bishop Caldwell operating in the Spirit of excellence in every thing he did. He made great contributions to the people and city of Shreveport..

A confident stature of a GENERAL that inspired GREATNESS out of ALL he meets!

My God! A Truth teaching, Truth living, Spiritual Servant of The Lord! I have been recoverying from surgery, had no clue this very humorous, gentle, Truth wailing giant had transitioned. "But we believers know because Christ Jesus died and rose again, say HALLELUJAH, for they that "fall asleep" in Jesus, shall God bring with Him on that Great getting up morning, and Bishop Fred Caldwell Sr., among many will rise again FOREVER in his eternal mansion! So, Sir, job well done over here! I listened to Bishop for years, one of The Lord' best! Thank you Bishop! God' speed. To the Caldwell family, the Greenwood Acres family, & all who mourn him, hold close, the greatest of him which remains in you, continue to serve well! I remember Bishop Caldwell coming to Columbia and preaching revival at the Haskell Heights Baptist Church. Enjoyed him teaching! My prayers to the family!

Bishop Caldwell leaves the city of Shreveport with a mark that cannot be erased. He is one of the pillars and pastors in our city that revealed truth to our people. The Truth that he taught brought us out of a religious traditions. For this I am very grateful.

this is the very 1st Man of God...I physically felt the ...Anointing of the Holy Spirit..when Bishop visited ..True Love Baptist Church on 3rd St..in New Orleans..in the early 90s...(i didn't know what came over me...when Bishop Caldwell... Laid hands on me...Bishop spoke and said .. not to be ..afraid..... Its the Anointing of God
