Fred Blaine Harper, 78, of Biloxi, MS passed away Thursday, January 8, 2026.
He was born on August 13, 1947, in West Virginia to Parents Carl and Thelma Harper. After graduating with an Associate degree Fred joined the Air Force, reaching the rank of E-7. He was stationed and worked at Keesler Air Force Base for many years. In his free time Fred enjoyed home design.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl Harper and Thelma Harper; his wife, Carol Harper; and his sister, Janet Overfield.
Fred is survived by his daughter, Wendy Custer; his grandchildren, Heather Custer and Jack Custer; his great-granddaughter, Hope Custer; siblings, Terry Harper and Margie Caynor, and beloved pets, Luna (Cuddle Bug), Garfield (Terror), and Bella (Demon).
A visitation will be held from 6 pm to 8 pm on Monday, January 12, 2026, at the Pass Road Chapel of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home.
