Fred was a great, compassionate, and devoted man of God. Long time ago, he once said, "I am going back to the Lord with my boots on." Now, my dear brother, I wish you great love with Him. I will remember your great act of kindness and generosities like bringing fire-woods to Many Farms Church of Christ. Every fall year, you would come over with your boots on, then come over with woods. There were hiccups in wood-hauling like back aches, splinters, exhaustion, and hunger. Yet, I did admire his diligent heart. I look at my wife, full of hope and determination, and said to her- he's a hard-working man. A true hard-working man for his family, friends, the church, and God. A man who never let age bring him down like his boots. A man of GOD in his own time helping everyone he holds dear. He will be missed and never forgotten. His hard-work motivated us to continue serving our Father because there's an award and love waiting for us. Fred, your faith, love, and boots will forever carry on in our hearts. Many Farms Church of Christ sends its deepest sympathy to Esther, his family and the church at Austin Avenue. Rest in peace, Fred. Ben Begay, Preacher, email address: [email protected].
