Fred R. Netz

Fred R Netz, 81 of the Oak Valley section of Deptford Twp. on April 4, 2009. Legacy He was a member of the VFW Post 7679 of Mantua and the American Legion Post 133 of Woodbury. A member of Pi Kappa Alpha of Ohio University where he received a BS degree in Business Administration. He retired from Anchor Hocking Glass Corporation after working there as a sales representative for 32 years. Born in Chicago, growing up in South Bend, IN made him a Notre Dame fan for life. He was a Naval Aircrewman veteran of World War II flying in carrier based dive bombers. Mr. Netz professed faith in Jesus Christ in the twilight years of his life. His family is thankful for God's grace that was shown to him. Family Husband of 59 years to his loving wife Jean. Father of Donald (Bonnie) and Robert. Grandfather of Jason, Jesse, David, Jeffrey, Nathan, Joshua, and Andrew. Farewell Service Will be private, and held at the convenience of the family.
