Fred O. Roy, 84, of Pembina, ND, passed away Friday, October 3, 2025 at the Pembina County Memorial Hospital, Cavalier, ND. Funeral service will be held Friday, October 10, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. at the United Lutheran Church, Cavalier, ND. Visitation will be held for one hour before the time of the service at the church.
