WOW! Stunning! I'm at a loss for words. Freddie Joe & I handled a few cases together through Chris Rush & Todd Tucker, 2 fellow lawyers & very good friends of Fred. What a tremendous mentor. So smart, so articulate, so smooth, so funny, so down to earth, so classy & so well liked! And jurors just loved him & his down home mannerisms. He will be greatly missed! My life is richer from having met & worked with him. What a blessing he truly was! GREAT lawyer, BETTER man! RIP my good man, you "earned it"!

Fred, This is sad news. I wish we would have had a chance to get together and reminisce. You are a big part of my childhood. I pray that you are eternally in the presence of God and I know you will be missed by many including those who were lucky enough to to call you friend.
