N. Fred Taylor, 71, returned home peacefully to his Father in Heaven on January 2, 2024 following a year-long battle with glioblastoma. He was born December 28, 1952 to Nolan Riley Taylor and Beth Duncan Taylor.
Fred is survived by his wife of forty-eight years, Diane, children, Stephen (Lucy), Brian (Lisa), Kristin (Sean), sister, Laura (Mike) Sanders, and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Maribeth (Mark) Bower.
Fred loved to serve in many different ways, both in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and in the community.
Funeral services will be held at 11a.m.on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 W 5600 S, Roy, Utah. A viewing will be held Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday morning 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to the services.
Interment, Roy City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, anyone wishing to contribute is invited by the family to make a donation to the Salt Lake County Children’s Justice Center.
