Fred was born on November 13, 1931 and passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2017. Fred was a resident of South Carolina at the time of passing. He was a graduate of Inman High School, Wofford College and the University of South Carolina and was a member of the SC Army National Guard. Memorials may be made to Hospice Care of South Carolina, 173 Columbia St., Chester, SC 29706.
