Retired Textile Worker Mrs. Freda Davis Cato, 94, of Trenton, wife of the late J.W. (Jake) Cato, died Wednesday January 23, 2013 at University Hospital. Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 11 A.M. at Ebenezer Baptist Church with burial in Ebenezer Cemetery. Mrs. Cato was born in New Mexico and was a retired Textile Worker. She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church. Survivors include 1 Daughter- Phyllis Powell; 3 Sons- Terry Cato, Deriel Cato, and Randy Cato; 1 Sister- Ida Tramel; 1 Brother- Alvin Davis; 11 Grandchildren, 13 Great-Grandchildren, and 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son Ronnie Miner. The family is at the home on Church St and will receive friends Friday from 5 to 7 P.M. at the Funeral Home.
