I knew Fred for over thirty years and he was a great friend and a pretty good doubles partner.
My thoughts go out to Nancy and the rest of his family.

My heartfelt thanks for your ever-present kindness, your sincere integrity, your valued help and advice, and your upbeat and supportive friendship. You knew what mattered most in life and held the bar high. Thank you for setting a good example, and for touching so many lives with your smile and your humanity.....
