Frederick Romano Aragon

Frederick Romano Aragon ("Ricky") was born on August 23, 1960, in Manila, Philippines. He is the fifth of six children of Jovito Seballos Aragon and Medin Recuenco Romano. He graduated high school from Far Eastern University, and earned his Bachelors in Commerce, majoring in Business Management, from University of Santo Tomas. Ricky worked for a few years at City Trust in Makati. Weekends were spent with his nieces and nephews. They would assist in Ricky's beauty regimen by massaging his back and scrubbing his feet and Ricky, in turn, would treat all of them to a movie, Jollibee and then ice cream. Ricky loved to reward his nieces and nephews for good behavior and excellent grades in school, by giving them special gifts and special "baon" for school. Everybody always tried hard to please their "Tito Rikitik," and how Ricky loved them and the time he spent with them. Ricky moved to the U.S. around 1990. He worked in Atlanta, Georgia for awhile, before moving and settling in Queens, New York with Doug (deceased) and his dog, Murphy. Ricky was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2011, and after several discussions with his doctor, friends and family, he decided to move to California to live with his brother Jovi and Jovi's family. The brothers set out on a cross-country road trip from Queens to Pasadena, became a resident of Pasadena on October 18, 2013, and passed on October 23, 2013. Now that Ricky has made the journey back to His Creator, we know and pray that he is now pain-free and has found ultimate peace and happiness with our God Almighty. Ricky is survived by his five siblings: Brother Widmark and his family: Marinella Aragon; Jacob & Hazel, Zanarra; Jobim & Justin Sister Marie Sheree Rabino and her family: Rodolfo Rabino; Paolo Mikhael, Jule Elsynore & Ryan Bennett, Lily Medin & Harvey, Giane Genevie Sister Jane Marie Licas and her family: Ricardo Licas; Jerome & Angelique Marie Gonzaga; Michelle, Miguel & Mikayla; Abigail Marie & Rodel Rivas; Gabriel Ricardo Licas & Gianna Rivas, Jeremiah & Aubrey Marie Ocampo, Antonio Ricardo & Amanda Bree; Andrea Marie Brother Jovi Aragon and his family: Angeli Aragon; Adam Justin Delmendo, Jered Austin and Asia Angeli Sister June Eadie and her family: Juno Romano Aragon, John Barry Eadie His siblings and their families thank you so very much for your outpouring of love and support for Ricky. His loving memory will remain in their mind and hearts forever.
