Mr. Frederick D. Campbell

Frederick D. Campbell, affectionately known as "Fred," was born on January 5, 1981, in Houston, Texas, to Evelyn Campbell and Jerome Mason Wilson. At an early age, Fred accepted Christ at Grace Tabernacle Church under the leadership of Pastor H. B. Johnson, laying a spiritual foundation that would guide his life.

Fred was educated in the Houston Independent School District and graduated from E. E. Worthing High School, where his gift of connecting with people was evident-he truly never met a stranger. He later attended Prairie View University. Fred had an extraordinary ability to form genuine relationships, and the friendships he built throughout his life were meaningful and lasting.

Fred found his calling in the security field, where he worked with Patriot Security EOC for several years. Being a protector came naturally to him. He cared deeply for others, took pride in looking out for people, and formed strong bonds with his coworkers, who became extended family.

A proud Houstonian, Fred loved sports and was a dedicated Houston Texans fan. Above all else, he cherished his mother, his family, and his friends. He expressed his love openly and wholeheartedly whenever he had the chance. Fred was selfless, kind, and fiercely loyal. His sense of humor could light up a room, and his presence brought comfort, laughter, and peace to those around him.

Fred made a lasting impact through his work, his service, his friendships, and the role he played within his family. His life was a reflection of love, loyalty, and compassion.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jerome "Mason" Wilson; his brother, Justin Campbell; and his deeply cherished aunt, Donna Yvette Campbell.

He leaves to treasure his memory, his loving mother, Evelyn Campbell; his sister, Shaneka Campbell; his brother, Jeremy Singleton; his special nephew, Dylan Lee; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

Those who knew and loved Fred will forever remember his generous heart, his warm smile, and the laughter that followed wherever he went.
