Frederick James Cundiff, 81, of Brandenburg returned to the arms of his Savior and Redeemer on June 16, 2023.
He was born in Louisville, KY on January 19, 1942. The first of four sons and one daughter born to James D and Anna Lurine (Burns) Cundiff. He was welcomed home by his parents; his brothers; Robert, Tommy and Donnie and his sister, Catherine.
He is loved and missed by his eternal companion, Phyllis Cundiff of Brandenburg. His daughters, Christina (Richard) Lance of Vicksburg, MS, Anjelique (Rob) Dupin of Brandenburg, KY, Caroline (Mathew) Staub of Marysville, WA, and Melissa (Milton) Jackson of Las Vegas, NV. His sons; Sean Cundiff of Las Vegas NV, Matthew (Kari) Cundiff of Gunter TX, Joseph (Kerri) Cundiff of Colorado Springs, CO. His stepsons; Robert (Teresa) Harris of Oklahoma City, OK, and Joseph (Sandra) Harris of Minco, OK.
He will be remembered by 42 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, plant a sugar maple tree and drink a Pepsi.
A Graveside Service will be held on June 21, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. E.D.T at Cap Anderson.

He dropped by to visit us in San DIego when he was in the Air Force and my dad still in the Navy - I was in third grade. We met up shortly after, when he and my dad both moved to Kentucky, and then later, by coincidence, and unknown to each other, we both moved to Long Beach. He really was a good friend, great sense of humor. ED Cundiff
