Frederick Michael Flake Sr. passed away peacefully surrounded by family on October 8th, 2022 at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune after a battle with Pancreatic cancer.
Fred was born on September 16, 1937 in Rahway, NJ to Frederick and Pauline Flake.

At the age of 12, he worked as a Caddy and developed a lifelong passion for the game of golf.
Fred proudly served in the United States Marines. He was an athlete, outdoorsman, and a lover of all animals. Throughout his life he was very hard worker and provider.
