Griffiths, I'm sorry to hear of Fred's death. But, what a terrific life he had! This is the nicest obit I've read. Always loved his smile and hair! Love and hugs

I will remember Fred for his welcoming smile, his self effacing demeanor, and his many years of dedicated service to Northern Virginians. Fred was a public servant who made the region one of the best places in our country to live and work. Rest In Peace, Fred.
