My sincere condolences to Rick's close family and friends. I will miss catching up with him about all things Rochester at NAHB meetings. He was always looking out for me just because we were both from Rochester, and always went above and beyond in so many little ways for me. I will take to heart his words that I am not here for a long time, but for a good time. Rick, may you rest in peace!

Deepest condolences to the family and friends. As a fellow NYSBA/NAHB member and executive officer of the Home Builders & Remodelers of the Mohawk Valley, I miss seeing Rick at state and national meetings. He was one of the first to welcome me on the state level and I always learned a great deal about association management and the industry from him. He was a very gracious host when I taught the CAPS classes at the Rochester HBA years ago. May you find small measure of comfort to know how many others will miss his presence as well.

As an AQ classmate of Fred - I think our Alumni will all agree he was one of the best! Always willing to help others. I would see Fred at every Home Show and he always said "next time call me for tickets - you don't pay". We would chat for a few minutes - always about out AQ classmates and "where they are". He will be missed. My deepest sympathy to his wife and family.

Rick and I grew up across the street from each other. We had so many adventures, attended school together from Kindergarten to 8th grade then back together at St John Fisher.
I remember riding in a convertible with Rick, and my sister for an 18th ward Little League parade with Nelson Rockefeller, Governor of NY.
Rick is one of a kind, the BEST KIND.
Peace, my friend.
