So sorry to hear that Fred passed, I got a phone call just before Christmas and much to my surprise it was Fred. We talked for 2 plus hours it was great to hear his voice again and we covered a lot of ground. Fred worked at Custom Products Inc. for over 20 years as a part timer, he was smart, a hard worker and a pleasure to be around. Fred was a great help to me, very patient, he taught me a lot, another worker at the shop, Doug Hilbert, was always grateful for the help and guidance Fred gave to him and I told Fred that when we talked. My first memory is he was easy to talk to and I loved his humor, a favorite memory I have was when he asked me if I would be willing to use the shop truck to transport a pinball machine he purchased, I said yes and he was shocked because I didn't hesitate, for as long as I had known Fred he used the word acquaintance and that cracked me up so from then on whenever I had the chance I used that word and he would smile. Fred was talented, he made these bicycle planters out of metal, I received a gift of Christmas Trees made out of sand and he had an idea, he took them home painted them up added glitter and wow they looked great, I still have 2 of them and put them out every December. Fred was one of a kind, old school, he was a devoted family man and I always felt like a part of the family so to Lauren, Dan, Justin and Jillian my heartfelt condolences go out to you and the entire Kubeja family he will be missed, thanks for the memories Fred,

I have been neighbors with Fred our whole lives. Our parents built these houses back in the 50s, and we stayed and raised our own families when we were old enough. He was a great friend and good guy. He will be missed here on the hill My condolences to his family.
