A one of a kind guy to be sure. A Korean War veteran and a Cleveland Police Officer. A legacy to be remembered. Without question his strongest trait was listening. When you spent time with him it was clear he heard every thing you said and always had an interest in the people around him. A great grandfather to many and a friend to all. I played golf with him and his grandson Matt Scullen about ten years ago and can attest he had his game well into his 80's. Classic example of a life well lived. Bill O'Neill, Retired, Associate Justice, Supreme Court of Ohio.

To Sherry Lee and the whole family. Uncle Fred was a kind and giving man and I will always be grateful for the good memories I had with him and Aunt Dolores. I lived so many years in Cleveland and Brunswick and he was always there for my parents and me and Jim. He took me for my drivers test when I was 18 and both he and my father had the worst cars. )HA) Then we went work downtown to work. God Bless you always.
Your niece, Pauline
