Dear Chip: Gene & I are so very sorry to read of your dad's passing. He was such a phenomenal man to know. Great gentleman, neighbor, friend & willingly gave his time to others. And three terrific children that cared for him deeply. I know he will be greatly missed.
And to read of Kathy's passing shocked both of us terribly. Though it's been many years, we remember her fondly as such a lovely and caring individual.
