Frederick “Freddy” Mesolello, 76, of Cranston, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully on January 21, 2026 surrounded by his loving family whom he adored. Freddy was the son of the late Anthony and Mary (Sonetto) Mesolello. He was the devoted husband of 50 years to his beloved wife Janice Mesolello of Cranston. Besides his wife, Freddy leaves behind his daughter Andrea McKenna and son-in-law David of North Attleboro, his daughter Angela Melillo and son-in-law Douglas of Warwick. Freddy also leaves behind his grand-dog Alice, a great aunt, his brother-in-law, niece and nephews, along with many cherished cousins and dear friends.
He worked in jewelry sales for over 25 years. He was an avid sports fan, especially of the Boston teams. He treasured his dogs and grand-dogs immensely, liked to travel, but most of all loved food and loved to eat!
Freddy will be deeply missed. He leaves a void that will never be filled.
His Funeral will be held on Friday, January 30th at 10:00 a.m. in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. in the Funeral Home. Burial will take place in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be Thursday, January 29th from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.
