Frederick Parker Sr.

Now this is very hard to believe. I know God has NO certain person. Fred was a great friend. It was always his smile when we saw each other in passing. I lost track of him as we grew older. I like to say to the family .. my deepest condolences to you all. Take your rest my friend. You will be TRULY missed.
