My deepest condolences to the Ragland family. Fred and I grew up together in Salishan--he lived maybe two houses down from me. I will always remember him and his brother the the pet rabbits they use to have. Those things were always popping out little ones!
From Gault through Lincoln we kind of lost touch with each other. We both developed new friendships.
Fred was always a good guy and didn't deserve to leave us so soon. RIP my friend!

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time. May the God of all comfort watch over you and keep you in his tender care. Freddie will be missed, but we will see him again on high.

Condolences to the family of Fred. Fond memories of Fred growing up on the eastside of Tacoma...crazy, fun neighborhood kid stuff. We always ended up at his house and his mom fed the "unruly" bunch as she called us.
Many a time standing in his living room in front of a mirror learning "cool looks". Rest in peace my friend.
