Frederick Charles Sharf, born on November 30, 1960, in Mt. Clemens, Michigan, passed away on April 29, 2025, in Yulee, Florida. He is survived by his mother, Rose Kelly; his siblings Lori Banes, Gordon Sharf, Sue Elliott, and step-siblings Valerie Graham, Lucy Davis, Connie Tyvaert, Steve Hankey, and Leslie Hankey. Fred was a devoted partner to Gayle Bronin, with whom he shared a loving relationship since 1989.
Fred was a gifted handyman who took great pride in his work, often engaging in various side jobs that provided him the opportunity to connect with his customers through joyful conversation. His free spirit was evident in his love for exploring garage sales, where he sought hidden treasures for resale. Fred's fondness for fishing offered him peace and enjoyment, while his passion for barbecuing fueled dreams of starting his own business.
Raised in Saint Clair, Michigan, Fred also spent time living in Texas and Mount Clemens before settling in Yulee, Florida, where he enjoyed many years. With a contagious sense of humor and an optimistic outlook, he brightened the lives of all who knew him. Deeply rooted in his faith, Fred's friendly demeanor and warm personality made a lasting impact on family and friends alike.
Frederick was preceded in death by his father, Gordon Sharf; sister, Carol Perkins; and brother, Rusty Sharf.
A celebration of Fred's life will be held at a future date. Further details regarding the service will be announced at that time.
