Frederick Leo Treptow Jr.

Frederick "Freddy" Leo Treptow Jr. 31, beloved son, brother, cousin, nephew, and talented musician, passed away in the early hours of January 16, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Born on October 3, 1993 in Vancouver WA, Freddy was a bright light throughout challenging times, always giving hope for the best outcome.

As the oldest of 3 siblings and the only son, Freddy took his role as big brother seriously, pitching in to help with what was most certainly a hectic household, to assist with the needs of his two younger sisters. Freddy genuinely loved animals, most of all his therapy companion Benji.

Freddy's musical talent was a gift that he never quite got the opportunity to fully capitalize on in life. In his passing he left behind numerous candid audio & video recordings that can be found online. He even appeared on a MTV realty show.

Freddy is survived by his parents, Frederick Sr. and Kimberly, his two sisters Josephine and Brynlynn, and a large extended family, including countless cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents and his great grandfather. He was preceded in death by and was laid to rest near his grandmother "Joy" Treptow and great grandmother Sybill Snook at Mother Joseph Catholic Cemetery. A celebration of Freddy's life will be held on May 3rd 2025, 11am at Heritage Church in Vancouver WA.
