Frederick Leo Vogelpohl

Frederick Leo Vogelpohl of Umatilla, Fl entered into the loving arms of Jesus on October 7, 2023. Fred was born on April 9, 1952 in Covington, KY to parents Paul and Rita (Heinricks) Vogelpohl whom preceded him in death. Fred is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Tina E. Vogelpohl. He is survived by three sons, Leo Santos Vogelpohl of the home, Eric Vogelpohl (FL), Ben Santos (KY), three daughters, Liberty Noel Vogelpohl of the home, Lindsay Ursillo (KY), Tamara Banks (OH). Fred is also survived by his eight brothers; Jim, John, Lou, Ron, Ted, Matt, Barry and Gary and their respective wives (all of KY), two sisters, Rita (NJ) and Monica and her husband (KY), nineteen grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Fred was a born again Christian and a member of the Eustis Assembly of God, He was also a member of the National Christian Motorcycle Association. He loved motorcycles, woodworking, and serving others with his loving, gentle nature. His wish was to donate his body to science in hopes of helping save others. Memorial services will be held in Florida and Kentucky at a later date. Fred will be missed by all those who knew him and loved him.
