Frederick was born on March 1, 1952 in Penn Yan, New York to the late Lee Frederick and the late Ruth Welch. Frederick marred Delia Blanche Agent. Frederick worked for many years as a truck driver, traveling all over the country. Frederick enjoyed spending time with is family, fishing with his wife, Blanche, boating, and visiting with cousins that he hasn't seen in years.
Frederick leaves behind his loving wife, Blanche of LaBelle, Florida, his children; Ginger Martinez, Teresa Elliott, Tammy Hendricks, Bubba O'Connor, his loving grandchildren; Edward Phalen, Anna Coello, Shayne Tajon, DeeDee Machado, Freddy Hendricks, Tyler Hendricks, great grandchildren, Leonardo and Iris.
