Fredrick Leon Billups-Woods

Brother Frederick Leon "Bo'Bacc" Billups-Woods, age 61, passed away November 8, 2025 in Dermott, Arkansas. His funeral service will be held on Friday, November 21, 2025 at Antioch Baptist Church in Dermott, AR, at 2:00pm. William Freeman, Pastor; Micheal Wolfe, Eulogy.

He was born October 25, 1964, in Halley, Arkansas, a son of the late Frederck Billups Sr. and Virginia Woods. Frederick was the second of three children. 

Later in life he accepted Christ at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Dermott, Arkansas. Bo'Bacc's legacy of humor and perseverance will be carried forward by those who had the privilege of knowing him.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers, Bobby Ray Woods and Perry Hundown; one granddaughter, Kai Billups.

He is survived by two daughters, Krystal Billups of San Diego, California, Jasmine Billups of Little Rock, Arkansas; five sons, Frederick Billups Jr. of Little Rock, Arkansas, Kenny Billups Little Rock, Arkansas, Allen Billups of Little Rock, Arkansas, Sterling Cleary of Dermott, Arkansas, Tyvion Billups of Little Rock, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Frederick Billups III, Tamyiah Cleary.

Two aunts, Martha Woods of Dermott, Arkansas, Ruby Woods of Dermott, Arkansas; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins, along with many other family and friends who will sadly miss him.
