Gail Inhoff Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Ashton Funeral Home, Inc. - Easton on Sep. 19, 2025.
Gail Inhoff, age 73, went home to the arms of our Lord on August 2, 2025, after being hospitalized. She was born on May 20, 1952 in Grand Forks, North Dakota, to Ernest and Beaulah Winjum. She had four brothers and one sister. Elroy, Gary, who was in the US Navy, Craig, Dennis and Betty. Gail was the baby of the family. She cherished the memory of her brother, Gary, who gave her a fur coat and Navy hat. Her grandparents from both sides were from Norway. She was raised by Mabel and Reynod Trast.

Gail was a faithful member of Blessed Hope Church of the Nazarene in Phillipsburg, New Jersey for many years. She loved children and served them as a teacher aid in their Caravan Scouting Program every Wednesday. She eagerly helped with many church fundraisers, such as flea markets and candy sales, and donated the church porch concrete during Camp Re-vamp in 2015.

In 2015 Gail moved to Owatonna, Minnesota and, though she became a member of the Sounds of Music Church, she remained a devoted supporter of Blessed Hope and enjoyed receiving and sending their notes and cards.

Gail loved to give hugs, travel on vacation, play bingo, pray for people in need and attend the Steele County Fair in Owatonna. Her favorites were: the colors pink and light blue, the flowers roses and tulips, and her preferred singer was Elvis.

Gail was predeceased by, and will be buried with, her late husband, George "Snuffy" Inhoff, at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery in Annville, Pennsylvania.

The Ashton Funeral Home, Easton has been entrusted with her final details. Gail will be remembered one Sunday morning during an 11 am service. Please check this website for update.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Blessed Hope 42 Mercer St. Phillipsburg, New Jersey 08865.
