Gail I Laudenslager, age 68, of Klingerstown, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2025 at Lehigh Valley Hospital- Cedar Crest, Allentown.
She was born on Saturday, November 3, 1956, in Klingerstown, a daughter of the late Norman "Dick" R Rothermel and the late Nancy F (Hoffman) Rothermel.
She was a 1974 graduate of Tri-Valley High School.
Gail was a farm hand for Lazy M Farms and then worked for UPS for over thirty years until her retirement.
She was a member of Salem Church of Rough and Ready.
Gail enjoyed baking, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family and her dogs..
She was preceded in death by her parents; by a son, Gary L "Chirp" Laudenslager, two brothers, Richard S Rothermel and Randy C Rothermel, and by a sister, Cathy G Herb.
She is survived by her husband Gary F Laudenslager, to whom she was married for 50 years.
She is also survived by a daughter, Melissa L Harner of Klingerstown; a son, Adam J (Meghan) Laudenslager of Klingerstown; seven grandchildren; a great granddaughter; three brothers, Kenneth D Rothermel of Leck Kill, Michael J Rothermel of Klingerstown, and Timothy L Rothermel of Klingerstown; and by several nieces and nephews.
As per Gail's request there will be no services.
Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Rough and Ready.
Buffington-Reed Funeral Home, Inc., Valley View, is in charge of arrangements.
