Gail Marie (Mozuch) Stasik, West Mifflin, passed away at home surrounded by her family on March 19, 2025, at the age of 72. Gail was born on July 13, 1952 in Shirley, Massachusetts. She was the beloved wife of 53 years to Michael Stasik; the mother of Heather (Paul) Petras, Michelle (Bryan) Pawlowski, and Beth (Jeff) Catterall; the grandmother of Abigail Petras, Aiden Catterall, and Avery Catterall; the daughter of the late Richard and Hazel (Gionet) Mozuch; the sister of Richard Mozuch Jr., Bruce Mozuch, the late Denise Townsend, and Wendy Mozuch; sister-in-law of the late Sandra (late Edwin) Wuerthele. Along with many nieces and nephews.
Gail was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, and sister to a large family. She worked for many years at Turtle Creek Valley Mental Health. She enjoyed gardening and baking and knew how to create a true Pittsburgh cookie table for her daughters' weddings. Further, she enjoyed picking berries and made the best blackberry pies. She was active in her community and volunteered her time often and with a smile on her face. One of her favorite things to do with her family was to take trips to Punxsutawney. She also enjoyed playing in the casino. In the summers, Gail enjoyed spending time on her porch with her family and friends and always was an incredible hostess. The family would like to thank Amedisys Hospice for their care and support.
Friends and family to be received at the SAVOLSKIS-WASIK-GLENN FUNERAL HOME INC., 3501 Main Street, Munhall PA, 15120, on Sunday, March 23, 2025 at 2 – 4 PM and 6 – 8 PM.
