Although I haven´t seen Gail for many years, he remains in my heart and memory. Gail was our close friend as we went to school and belonged to the Eagle Badgers 4-H together. We had a very successful 4-H softball team, and I played with all boys, including Gail, Mike Jacobson, Bob Harper, and my three brothers for three years. Gail was always a good friend, and I cannot picture him without a smile. I remember being happy for him when he married Linda and when he worked at Richland County Bank. He was always happy to see us, and he supported our Eagle Badgers 4-H, as well as all organizations that helped communities. I cannot picture him without a smile. My sincere condolences to Gail´s family but know that he is smiling down at you from Heaven.

Gail will be missed by his in-laws who he insisted on dubbing "my sisters and brother". We were proud to have had him in the family. I remember Gail as the freshman at Muscoda High School when I was a senior. What a skinny runt! He was a shining star in the family. He was always there when needed. I think he spoiled most people with the undying attention he always gave. He was so good to our mother, Leona Foley. Thank you, Gail, for just being you. And just being there for all of us. God Bless you on your new road to eternal happiness. There is a special place in heaven for you. We Foley girls know it takes a courageous man to "take us on". You will always be in the hearts of the Haskin bunch. Love to all his family! Pat Foley Haskin
