Our deepest condolences to Gala's family. The heartache and loss is deeply felt for all of us that knew and loved her. Gala has touched my family's life through the last couple of years. She will be sorely missed (already is).
We were blessed to have known her. I will miss (already do) her consistent sharing of God's word and His love for us, as well as our talks. My heart is heavy with grief and my phone has grown silent, but I'm so grateful to have known you Gala - a woman of faith and a sister in Christ. I will see and fellowship with you again; our conversations will be continued... Thank you for standing in the gap.
In Christ, The Hartenstein Family

I will miss your daily scriptures you would send daily.. You were such a blessing to my family. Mom and I will miss our lunch and shopping times with you! You were always a phone call away, and always wanting to help.. You are a jewel in his crown. Forever in our hearts.

I did not know Gala very long, but she and I became friends around the love of music and worship. She and I had some similar heartaches with the musical gifts God gave us to steward and it was such a joy and delight to see her get over the hurdles and find joy in creating music once again! I treasure those deep conversations we shared and have no doubt she is singing and creating music in the presence of the Lord. I will miss you my friend!

Gala was such a wonderful woman and friend. She was so caring, loving, and helpful to everyone she met. We knew her from church at the Harvest and celebrated festivals with her as well as celebrating life. She will be missed but never forgotten. Blessings and peace to her family.

Dear Gala, you made such a powerful and beautiful impact on our faith community. From the first day here until your last, you were a blessing. You served and gave of your time, talent, and resources. You exhibited what it means to be committed to the Body of Messiah. You loved everyone. We stand together in shock of your sudden departure from this world. Our hearts are torn and ache with every beat. You were just here and now gone! Selah. May we all love and hold each other close, not knowing when each of us too will pass. You are and will continue to be missed. We thank God for the time that He gave us with you and we thank Him that this loss is softened knowing that you are resting in perfect peace in Yeshua´s (Jesus) presence. We can´t wait to see you again in the coming resurrection. Until then, rest in peace.

Shalom, Shalom!

Her brilliant, beautiful smile and infectious giggle will never be forgotten. I so cherish her last visit here to Colorado. We spent hours, wrapped up on my back porch, laughing and crying about things in our lives. How I will miss her. I was blessed to know her for only a few short years but our connection was that of a lifetime. I look forward to dancing and laughing with her again. She truly did shine bright! You WILL be missed sweet friend.

What a beautifully written obituary! I did not know Gala personally. I knew her name from my involvement with a patriotic grass roots group that we were both members of. Once I learned of her earthly passing, I wanted to know more of who she was. What a blessing to read this of feel closer to her. While I did not know her personally, she was and is a sister in Jesus Christ. Praying for her family.
