Gamaliel Marcellus Harris, 58, affectionately known as "Mann," transitioned to glory on Monday, October 13, 2025. He was born on December 14, 1966, in Baltimore, MD, to Gloria Elizabeth Harris and the late Roy Rogers Harris.
Mann was educated in the Baltimore public school system, where he received his high school diploma at the former Southwestern Senior High School. He was exceptionally talented and skillful with his hands and would offer his talents to family and friends in making home improvements, carpentry, and fixing things. He became self-employed and established his own lawn care/landscaping business.
He loved his family and friends, and at any family event, he would be seen out on the dance floor getting his "groove" on and vibing with the family. Mann would always "reach out and touch" his family with phone calls just to say hello. He loved watching the Baltimore Ravens and listening to his gospel music on Sundays.
Mann leaves twin sons, Marcellus and Marcus Harris; his mother, Gloria E. Harris; two sisters, Trinita K. Harris-Roberson and Yolanda I. Harris-Colston; uncles Leonard, Ronald, and Andre Miles; aunts Eraina Spady and Peggy Carmichael; nieces Sheena and Jamilia; nephews Maurice, Martise, and Justin; and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins, relatives, friends, and his very special friend Priscilla Roberts. He is preceded in death by his father, Roy R. Harris, and his brother, Martise Denard Harris.
