Garry Wayne ROSENGRANT

Garry Rosengrant, 68, passed away at home on February 21, 2026. Garry was born March 14, 1957, in Lamar, Colorado, to Fred and Marie Rosengrant.

He lived in Colorado for the majority of his life. He graduated from Brush High School May of 1975. He was in the National Guard 1977-1983. He could fix almost anything, a jack of all trades (welder, mechanic, farm hand, and some oil rig work). He raised his family in Brush, Colorado. He retired in 2019 and moved to Parachute, Colorado.

He spent most of his free time with his dog, Peanut, fishing, exploring, creating hat pins and walking sticks. He was happiest when he was with his grandchildren, they were the light of his life.

He was preceded in death by his parents Fred and Marie Rosengrant, and son Chad Rosengrant. He is survived by his wife of 25 years Donna Rosengrant, daughter's Lana (Kris) Christensen, Shawna (Jared) Fowkes, Tiffany Rosengrant, Jana (Chi) Casarrubias. Grandchildren Jareth Fowkes, Natalie Casarrubias, Landon Fowkes, Shyla Carroll, Tahlia Fowkes, Israel Casarrubias, Aurelius Carroll, and Ezekiel Casarrubias. Brothers Barry Rosengrant and Calvin (Toni) Lay, many cousins, nephews, and nieces.

A cremation has taken place and there will not be a service. A celebration of life will be at a later date in Parachute, Colorado
