Gary Wayne Dauer

Gary Wayne Dauer, 64, of Bowling Green, OH, died July 20, 2011 at his home. He was born May 15, 1947 in Toledo, OH to Donald Earl and Ruth (Sieving) Dauer. Gary graduated in 1965 from Otsego High School where he excelled in Track & Field. He worked as an inspector for American Lincoln in Bowling Green, OH. He was a baptized member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Haskins, OH and he loved biking, water skiing and reading. Survivors include his mother, Ruth Dauer of Bowling Green, OH and sisters, Sandra (Gayle) Duty of Perrysburg, OH and Sue (Rusty) Goebel of Stryker, OH. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald and brother, David. A Celebration of Life Service will be Sunday, July 24, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Haskins, OH with Pastor Bill Duty officiating. Memorial Contributions can be given to the Lutheran Social Services, Wood County Public Library or donor’s choice. Arrangements by Peinert Funeral Home, Tontogany, Ohio.
