Gary Deverant

The Johnson family would like to extend our deepest sympathies to Gary's family members. Gary was a wonderful person with a great personality. Anyone that knew him was blessed to have been in his presence. He will be missed but never forgotten. What a great guy.

Gary was a great kid. My best to all the Deverant family in this time of grief. He will be missed.

Gary's fun loving spirit and vibrant personality will never be forgotten.
One memory that still tickles my funny bone and makes my head shake at the same time was when we rented buses and went skiing back in the 80's. While some of us slept for our big day of skiing, Gary was up to shenanigans tying all of our hotel doors together in the wee hours of the morning. On the way home the entire bus sang Don McLeans "American Pie", that still brings goosebumps of fond memories.
Life happened and we lost touch over the years, to only to see each other at a couple weddings, reunions, a Christmas party or two, Bob Gabage's 50th birthday bash and then at Bobs and Tunis' funerals.
Now we will gather once again to say goodbye to another friend gone too soon. RIP Gary, thanks for being a part of my journey.

I am shocked, and so sad for all of you! Gary was such an important part of our growing up-such a happy go lucky, fun loving, beautiful soul. I will always treasure the happy times we shared as honorary brother and sister and I extend to your entire family my love and deepest sympathies.
