Gary Dontzig

We spoke several times a year for hours recalling our days together at American University´s beloved 1960s theatre family.
Success in life was not an award - it was continuing his journey of self knowledge and compassion to those in need - both two and four footed souls for whom his generosity was quietly unending. I will miss his wit and our long conversations on the meaning of life. He was one of those few gifted people who knew what he was meant to do with his life. I will miss him and the piece of our history together than spanned more than 60 years. But I won´t forget.
