Gary Lynn Glover

Gary Lynn Glover, age 68, passed away on Tuesday, January 27, 2026, at the Lindside Healthcare Center in Lindside, WV. Born April 24, 1957, in White Sulphur Springs, WV, he was the son of Joyce Ann Glover of Gap Mills, WV, and the late Ira Bailes Glover. Gary was someone who never met a stranger and loved everyone. He enjoyed welding for Job Corp and loved animals. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one sister, Rebecca "Becky Helms.

In addition to his mother, survivors include three brothers, Darrell Wayne Glover and Beverly of Gap Mills, WV, Richard "Dean" Glover of Union, WV, and Larry Keith Glover and wife Lydia of Lexington, NC; one sister, Cheryl Ann Clarkson and James E. "Jimmy" Jackson of Union, WV; nephews, Kevin Glover of Gap Mills, WV, Justin Glover of Lewisburg, WV, Christopher S. Glover of Gap Mils, WV, and Ronnie Helms of Reedsville, WV; nieces, Sheila Sanner of Rock Camp, WV, Shannon Parker of Union, WV, Miranda Glover and L'Oreal Glover of Lexington, NC.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the funeral home to help with Gary's funeral expenses.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at the Groves-Mann Funeral Home in Union, WV, with Pastor Michael Neel officiating. Burial will follow at Carmel Cemetery in Gap Mills, WV. Visitation will be held from 12:00PM until time of services at the funeral home.
