I am heartbroken to hear of Dr. Hilsher´s passing. When I had the privilege of taking over his practice in 2015, I not only inherited a wonderful group of patients but also the legacy of a truly exceptional man. From the very beginning, I could see how much his patients adored him; not just for his skill as a dentist, but for his warmth, kindness, and the way he made everyone feel like family.
Even after his retirement, Dr. Hilsher remained a constant presence in my life in the most thoughtful way. Every year, without fail, he would send a beautiful bouquet of flowers to my office, always accompanied by a heartfelt, personal note. It was never just a simple gesture; it was a reflection of the incredible person he was. He had a way of making people feel appreciated and valued, and that kindness left a lasting imprint on me. I will especially miss his flowers and his kind notes, which always brought a smile to my face and reminded me of the special connection we shared.
Dr. Hilsher was more than a respected colleague; he was a truly special soul. I will always be grateful for his generosity, his wisdom, and the quiet ways he continued to uplift and encourage me over the years. His passing is a great loss, but his legacy of kindness and compassion will live on in the many lives he touched.
My deepest condolences to his family and loved ones. May his memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to all who knew him.
Dr. Dragana Angelova, Imperial Dental Center, Sugar Land.

I remember Gary from dental school. He graduated two years ahead of me, but we were in the same dental fraternity, Delta Sigma Delta. He was a good friend and a gentle, thoughtful soul. My condolences to his friends and family. Rest in Peace Gary. Carlos G. Garza, D.D.S.

Gary will be deeply missed. We have known each other for 34 years. Gary was my friend, my travel buddy and of course my Dentist. Gary was one of the most generous peoople I have ever met. We have so many fun memories of our trips together. I would like to share some of my favorite pictures of Gary, Shane, Philip and many other friends over the years.
