Gary Kennedy Obituary
Gary worked as a construction project manager with the Florida National Guard. He was also a self-employed carpenter who contributed his skills to several notable projects, including work on many historic homes in St. Augustine and helping build a full-scale replica of a 16th-century Spanish caravel ship in the city.
In his spare time, Gary enjoyed motorcycling and playing disc golf.
He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy Turnbull-Kennedy; his mother, Helen Kennedy; his sons, Ben (Sarah) Kennedy and Joseph Kennedy; his step-sons, Travis Turnbull and Ryan Turnbull; three granddaughters; and his brother, Griff (Cathy) Kennedy.
An intimate gathering of family and friends to celebrate Gary's life will be held at a later date.
