Gary Lee Kinsey

Waterville Gary Lee Kinsey, 55, of Silver St., passed on to Heaven Jan. 20, 2006. He was born Dec. 29, 1950 in Warsaw, IN., the son of Paul and Ruby (Hale) Kinsey. He was a 1969 graduate of Elkhart Lake High School in Indiana. He attended art school at the University of Maine in Augusta. Gary was a free lance artist throughout most of his life. He was a very friendly and caring person. Gary always walked through life with a smile on his face and always had a joke or a good story to tell. He loved God and shared his faith with others during his journey here on earth. Gary will be sadly missed by his family and many friends. Survivors include his son, Christopher Kinsey and wife, Denise of Middlebury, IN.; his daughter, Holly Kinsey of Belgrade; his parents, Paul and Ruby Kinsey of Aripeka, FL.; two sisters and their husbands, Paula and Robert Preston of Clearwater, FL and Rita and Robert Wheelock of Augusta; a brother and his wife, Paul Jr. and Lisa Kinsey of Holly Springs, NC; nephews, Brian and Jon Preston of Clearwater, FL, Bob and Damon Wheelock of Augusta, Wesley and Taylor Kinsey of Holly Springs, FL.; and by many aunts, uncles, three great nephews and a great niece in IN and FL. Visiting hours will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 26, at Gallant Funeral Home, 10 Elm St., Waterville where a funeral service will commence at 12 p.m. with Rev. Andy Kane officiating. Burial will follow in Kling Cemetery, West River Road in Augusta.
