Gary Thomas Parrott

Gary Thomas Parrott 51, of Indianapolis, passed July 17, 2010. He was born Dec. 30, 1958 the son of F.W.Parrott and Barbara L.Parrott. Gary was employed by Rolls Royce for the past five years, formerly he worked over 21 years for Schwitzer. He was a member of the American Legion Post#495, and was a charter member and founder of the DH Charities for Children. He is survived by his loving partner, Penny L. Eaton; mother, Barbara L. Parrott;his siblings, Kathy Gross (Theo), Sunnye Peace (Steve Wilson),Steven W. Parrott, Daniel J. Parrott (Susan Flowers),Brian L. Parrott, Claude Robinson (Kim); a grandson, Elijah Eaton; two nieces and seven nephews. Visitation will be Thursday July 22, 2010 from 2 to 7 p.m. in Flanner and Buchanan Funeral Center - Washington Park East.
