Gary A. Sullivan, 71, of St. Paul passed away Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at his residence.

Born on August 16, 1954 in Shelbyville, he was the son of Elbert E. Sullivan and Miriam Valeta (Jones) Sullivan. He married Teresa (Lovell) Sullivan on August 9, 1975, and she survives.

Other survivors include his mother Miriam of Tipton, Indiana; 2 children- Cory (wife Nhu) Sullivan of Westfield, Andrea (Tim Baker) Sullivan of St. Paul; sister- Kathy (Dennis) Zimmerman of Kokomo; 2 brothers- Randy (Michelle) Sullivan of Kokomo, Steve (Diane) Sullivan of Kokomo; 2 grandchildren- Peyton Sullivan of Westfield, Spencer Sullivan of Westfield; and sister in law Susan Sullivan of Shelbyville. He was preceded in death by his father Elbert and brother Larry Sullivan.

Gary had lived in St. Paul for 51 years after previously moving from Indianapolis, he graduated from Northwest High School and worked for Allison Transmissions for 30 years, retiring in 2010. Gary enjoyed golfing, watching Indianapolis Colts football, classic cars, but most of all loved spending time with his family.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm, Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral Home, 437 Amos Road, with Pastor Daniel McDonald officiating. Family will receive friends on Saturday morning from 11:00 am until the time of the service, at the funeral home. Burial will be at a later date in Van Pelt Cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana, in care of the funeral home.
