GARY JAMES WATSONMr. Gary James Watson, age 54, of Autumn Place Lane, North Wilkesboro died Saturday, July 11, 2009.A memorial service will be held 4:00, Sunday, July 26, at the Forest Edge Amphitheater at Ft. Hamby. The family will receive after the service.Mr. Watson was born in Craven County, NC, August 7, 1954, to James A. and Barbara Carraway Watson. He was employed at Brame Huie Pharmacy as a pharmacist.Mr. Watson is survived by his wife, Nancy Bumgarner Watson of the home; one daughter, Cathy H. Huie and husband, Mark of Purlear; three sons, Chris Huffman and wife, Clarissa of Millers Creek, Charlie Huffman and wife, Tracy of Wilkesboro, Cory Huffman and wife, Brandi of North Wilkesboro; one sister, Kathy L. Hancock of New Bern; one brother, Gregory Carl Watson and wife, Jamie of New Bern; loving granddaddy to Angela and Devin Huie, Logan and Brayden Hall, Isaiah Huffman, Kelsie and Karlie Huffman, Gavin and Chase Huffman; nieces and nephews, George, David, and Sarah Hancock and Erin, Ashley, and Emily Watson; Sarah and David Bumgarner.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Wilkes, PO Box 306, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659 or to the donor's choice.
